The perfect cup begins far beyond your local cafe, at the hands of a grower in a country of suitable climate. At the right time the green beans are picked and exported for a fair price.

Landing in New Zealand the green beans are then roasted and let sit for up to 8 days.

The beans are then destined to a home or café to be ground and brewed in the preferred method, then mixed appropriately with any array of condiments to create the perfectly chosen coffee type.
